After four years of fun and laughter:
Bye Bye mooring…

Wagon waiting before we got over to the hard standing – oops…
Then the darn crane arrives before we were ready and sorted…
Putting the jig-saw crane bits together – the balancing beams arrived on a separate wagon…!
Bloody hell, get it straight – at this point we were all shouting and screaming STOP STOP STOP…!
Front strap further forward please…
That’s better…
Right, go for it…
Tatty Bye till tomorrow…
I’d just like to thank all our friends and even family who turned up to watch in a bitter cold wind, with rain and sleet thrown in. It was a tearful goodbye as we set off for the hotel.
Meanwhile TT was setting off on her own journey for an overnight stay somewhere. [Apparently they can’t drive a lorry in the dark with a boat plonked on it, which makes sense]
But amidst the chaos we didn’t ask where was this unknown destination was, and the driver forgot to tell us. Hmm…
