Summer At Our Spanish House 2014

Is this the Derbyshire Peak District???

In a phrase, DEFINITELY NOT.

Oh even food shopping is a delightful thing to do here. On our way to “EL ALDI” (as renamed by me), we always stop off at our local bar first for a ham salad and cold drink. Sat outside, (not a stone’s throw from the house), whilst chomping through KING SIZE tomatoes, these are the views we have:

Lush greenery with (believe it or not) the Med in all it’s glory less than a couple of miles to the left…

Vineyards in the valleys go onwards and upwards spanning acres…

Spanish peaks knock the socks off…

As for the shopping experience, well it’s the absolute, total, complete, opposite of the stress-busting performance of a weekly shop in Blighty.

Tesco Trauma? What’s Tesco? What does the word “Trauma” even mean? I’ve forgot…
