But it has got pedals and a seat! My new exercise bike arrived yesterday, I couldn´t wait to do my inaugural spin, but it took Dave ALL DAY to put it together.
Bless him, if I´d tried doing that it would probably turn out something like a tricycle with no wheels, seat, or pedals. It really was a man job, honest.
May I present my new purchase, up in the rooftop conservatory.
Facing this glorious view of the blue blue sky merging into the blue blue Med.
Almost makes me wish wheels were an option, it´s downhill all the way.
CHEAT!
The monitor on it is brilliant, it cycles through scrolls through:
-
Distance covered
-
Speed
-
Duration
-
Heart rate
-
Calories burned
Hence the eyes tend to focus on the fascinating screen rather than the view, not a problem, the view ain´t going anywhere. Come to think of it neither am I.
As an added bonus, kilometres are shorter than miles… Is that another cheat? Hmm.
